About the Position
As the Learning and Development Partner specializing in Leadership and Management Training, you’ll work with our Learning & Development team at our corporate headquarters in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating leadership and management development programs. This role is a perfect fit for motivated, driven individuals who want to grow within the organization.
Position Details/Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organizational goals and leadership development needs.
- Facilitate training curriculum in large and small group settings virtually and in person
- Administers program maintenance which includes scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Design, structure, and maintain multi-platform training content (including activities, materials, and assessments) with a focus on optimizing the learner experience.
- For each course, develop content and a syllabus to match the outlined objectives, ensuring that the curriculum is aligned with external certifications and/or accreditation requirements when necessary.
- Conduct assessment, 360-degree feedback, and other tools to evaluate leadership potential and performance.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders to enhance their skills and readiness for advancement roles.
- Interact with publishers and/or third-party sources to enhance the quality of the course content and instructional delivery.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Here's What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (instructional design, curriculum development, or other related field) and three (3) years facilitation/teaching/presenting experience in an educational/corporate setting (adult learners preferred)
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership and management training programs.Strong knowledge and understanding of Instructional Design and Theory (certification a plus)
- Someone skilled at in-person and online curriculum development and facilitation
- A great communicator who is comfortable working with and teaching all levels of staff and across multiple core subject areas.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership and management training programs.
- A self-motivated project manager with expert knowledge in designing project strategies for training, communication, and evaluation plans.
- Someone with a strong track record of rapid-learning content development.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and experience working with a learning management system (LMS)
- Bonus? Someone who has construction industry experience and/or experience with HTML5, Storyline, Articulate, Captivate, WIX or other eLearning software.
