As the Electrical Wire Production Supervisor, you will oversee our wire cutting and paralleling operations. This role ensures that electrical wire and cable are cut to precise lengths, paralleled, and prepared for shipment to construction sites for seamless installation. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, team leadership, and electrical wire processing.

- Supervise the cutting, paralleling, and packaging of electrical wire to meet customer specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and quality control in wire cutting, spooling, and labeling processes.
- Operate and oversee wire cutting, paralleling, and measuring equipment.
- Maintain workflow efficiency while minimizing waste and downtime.
- Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory and shipping schedules.
- Lead and train warehouse employees on cutting, measuring, and handling procedures.
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with warehouse and logistics teams to track inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Assist in managing material stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Oversee packaging and labeling to ensure compliance with shipping requirements.
here is what we are looking for…
- 3+ years of experience in wire cutting, warehouse supervision, or electrical distribution.
- Strong knowledge of THHN, XHHW, and other electrical wire types.
- Familiarity with wire cutting machines, paralleling equipment, and measuring tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and wire specifications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, inventory software (ERP/WMS), and order tracking systems.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a warehouse environment.
- Experience in construction or electrical supply industry.
- Forklift certification and knowledge of warehouse logistics.
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma experience a plus.
