Position Details/Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing PDI employee services for the fitness center to include: exercise programs, athletic events, groups classes, wellness coaching, fitness assessments, wellness education and personal training.
- Assist with monitoring the front desk and fitness center check-ins
- Conduct new member orientations
- Floor supervision, cleaning and equipment maintenance
- Assist with special wellness promotions and/or events such as coordinating sports leagues
- Be an ambassador to the PDI work/life balance
Here's What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related degree required
- Certification in personal training, wellness coaching, health education and/or group exercise is preferred
- ACSM-CEP, CSCC, ACE, NASM, Wellcoaches, CHES preferred
- Current CPR certification required
- Experience in Corporate Wellness is a plus.
