    About the Position

    We’re looking for an Executive Concierge and Personal Assistant to help us create amazing experiences for our leaders, guests, and customers as we grow our business in Costa Rica!     Position Responsibilities

    • Arrange top-of-the-line transportation for ownership and guests, including airport pickups and drop-offs
    • Ensure vehicles are always well-maintained and ready for use
    • Work with housekeeping and other staff to prepare the CEO’s Surfside property for guests, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment
    • Develop relationships with top-tier local restaurants to secure prime reservations, ensuring special requests are accommodated
    • Research, recommend, and plan activities and entertainment based on the interests of ownership and their guests
    • Manage calendars, itineraries, appointments, and correspondence efficiently

    Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably for a high net-worth individual or within a corporate environment
    • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, interpersonal, and communication skills
    • High level of professionalism handling confidential and sensitive information
    • Proficiency in various planning and coordination software
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
    • Familiar with the Las Catalinas, Costa Rica area and ability to travel locally and occasionally further
    • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule outside of standard full-time hours to handle last-minute and urgent requests (including weekends and holidays as needed)
    • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
    • Demonstrate and uphold Power Design’s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation, and growth
