About the Position
Power Design Inc. seeks a dynamic and experienced Executive Representative to join our high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will foster existing and create new relationships with developers and general contractors, with the goal of leading to invitations to bid on current and future projects. This role requires a professional who is adept at negotiating large deals and is comfortable entertaining clients in various settings such as golf courses, dinners, and events.
Position Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers and general contractors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads for project bids.
Represent the company at industry events, dinners, and recreational activities to strengthen client relationships.
Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively position the company’s services.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction, mechanical, electrical, or plumbing industries.
Strong network within the industry, particularly with developers and general contractors.
Excellent negotiation skills and a track record of closing large deals.
Comfortable interacting with wealthy clients and high-level executives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to entertain clients and build rapport in various social settings.
