The South End of Charlotte is getting a taste of a whole lot of new — all thanks to our #PDIFamily. Welcome to Ascent South End, Charlotte’s soon-to-be newest high-rise residential apartment building. Covering more than 587,437 sq. Ft., and standing 24 floors high with a stunning view of Uptown Charlotte, you can’t miss this masterpiece in the South End.

Teamwork, technology, and innovation: the name of the game when it came to our people bringing the second phase of the Savannah College of Art & Design’s Atlanta campus expansion to life. SCAD Atlanta is a project that hits close to home, especially for SCAD graduate and Senior Lighting Designer Ashley Beeler.

The fight against cancer is a cause we hold near and dear at Power Design and when it came time to begin work, we were proud to donate our time and services.  From light fixtures and televisions to new electrical outlets and infrastructure, we were honored to provide our expertise on such a meaningful renovation.

Picture this: three towers covering more than 1 million sq. ft. and housing 700 units – all within steps of an NFL stadium! While this project features multiple towers serving different residences, one thing remains the same — the eye-catching lighting. From the amenity spaces to the kitchens, the intricate lighting fixtures throughout the project are something you can’t miss.

A new landmark is rising in the heart of St. Peterburg, and it is not only the talk of the town but also the talk of the Gulf Coast. Teaming up with Suffolk and Red Apple Group, we’re not just changing the St. Petersburg skyline, but delivering a state-of-the-art project Standing 46 floors high and adding more than 300 units to the city,  400 Central is elevating luxury living in the Tampa Bay area.

After being a part of more than 400 projects in the greater D.C. area, we’re excited to share the Bridge District’s newest addition and one of our largest projects in the area. The Douglass will have more than 42,000 sq. ft. of community-serving retail and working spaces for residents to enjoy, which will be revolutionary to the Ward.

In the heart of Raleigh’s vibrant Dix Park area, the Hammell Drive Mixed-Use project stands as an example of innovation, collaboration, and trust — on and off the job site. This project is a significant milestone for our #PDIFamily and what’s to come in the Raleigh area — our debut as the mechanical contractor for our friends at Clancy & Theys Construction.
