Motorized Window Treatment
Thoughtful design embeds in-wall prewire for window treatments to allow for custom configurations of single and dual roller shades or motorized drapery tracks. Keypads will be added in designated locations within each room for easy access and can also be controlled via a mobile app or central control interface.

Lighting Control
Centralized lighting control systems are integrated seamlessly with the unit decor and intentionally designed to include items such as scene lighting, fixture prewire, cove lighting prewire with dimming channels, engraved keypads and more. Options to expand the system beyond common areas and primary suites are also available.

Deliver peace of mind for each unit buyer with fully integrated systems for security. Set ups can be tailored to preference and include top-of-the-line remote monitoring options, prewire for camera setups, in-home touch panels for alarm systems, keypads and mobile application integration for unparalleled convenience and safety.

Our advanced smart thermostat technology enables energy savings and precise temperature adjustments for individual zones. Our set up works effortlessly with HVAC systems to optimize energy use, and when paired with SmartSpaces’ bespoke automated shading solutions each unit can be completely tailored to suit the comfort and desired climate of the resident.
A/V & Networking Packages
Our integrated audio and video distribution systems are very attractive for unit buyers and seamlessly blend all elements within to complement décor. Prewire is completed for all sound system hook ups as well as TV back boxes where possible for seamless, flush-mounted installations with future-proof 10Gb connections. Upgrades include discreet in-wall or fully invisible speakers to deliver rich, room-filling sound as well as pristine video from custom-fitted drop-down or mirror TVs. In addition, our team can set up fully configured wireless access points, network switches and routers to provide best-in-class network coverage for each unit.
