About the Position
Power Design is looking for a creative, innovative, and organized videographer to join our Creative Services team of brand champions. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the narrative of one of Tampa Bay’s largest private companies by collaborating across teams and departments to plan, film, and edit video content of our teams—on campus and on jobsites around the US. The ideal videographer will be well versed and highly proficient in editing and visual storytelling, adding to our portfolio of high-quality video production, as showcased here.

Position Details/Responsibilities
- Bring the Brand to Life: Develop impactful video content that tells Power Design’s story and strengthens our market presence. Shift and evolve the visual style and tone for a variety of video subjects and topics, while understanding the core brand voice.
- Lead End-to-End Production: Collaborate with stakeholders to research, plan, shoot, and edit compelling videos that support business goals. Provide high quality at all stages.
- Ensure Flawless Execution: Maintain and prepare all filming equipment to keep production smooth and efficient.
- Enhance On-Camera Presence: Build trust with team members and executives and direct them to create authentic, engaging video experiences.
- Maximize Production Efficiency: Streamline workflows to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
- Showcase Team Excellence: Capture jobsite footage and interviews that highlight our people and their impact. Cover our events in a way that effectively spotlights the excitement and moments that matter.
- Organize Content for Accessibility: Manage a structured video asset library for easy access and efficient content use.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Direct outsourced videographers to align with Power Design’s creative vision and messaging.
Here's What The Looking For
- 3+ years of filming and video editing experience strongly desired
- Strong, experienced storytelling ability with a portfolio demonstrating technical and creative capabilities in brand-focused video work.
- Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or similar software.
- Motion graphics experience using After Effects or similar software is a plus.
- Experience using Sony Pro Cinema desired.
- A certificate course in Videography or Cinematography is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, solutions-focused approach to projects and people; helps drive successful outcomes across teams.
- Ability to work in a team, on a jobsite, and in extreme weather conditions.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
