    About the Position

    In this role, you will facilitate the efficient flow of materials and coordinate logistics among various internal teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations while developing your skills in logistics and inventory management.     Position Responsibilities

    • Assist in the smooth flow of materials into the temporary power and rental areas, ensuring timely access to resources.
    • Oversee the intake of rental requests and ensure proper documentation.
    • Ensure transportation is coordinated for the pick-up and delivery of rental equipment.
    • Maintain clear communication with our internal and field teams to facilitate seamless operations.
    • Keep accurate records of all materials that are dispatched and returned, ensuring efficient inventory management.
    • Support the refurbishment and repair of returned tools, ensuring adherence to established processes and maintaining our high-quality standards.
    • Help identify tools that require retirement, scrapping, or replacement to keep our inventory in optimal condition.
    • Work closely with internal teams (Manufacturing, Prefabrication, and PDR) to assist in repairs and manage material movements.
    • Contribute ideas for enhancing operational efficiency and reducing turnaround times.

    Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • A degree in supply chain management, electrical engineering, business administration or a related field is preferred.
    • Previous experience in logistics and material coordination is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Six Sigma Lean principles is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
