    About the Position


    Ready for a new adventure? Power Design has the best people in the biz, and we’re looking for someone to help develop and administer our compensation programs to make sure our teams are paid well for their hard work! The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for reviewing compensation data, ensuring legal compliance, and making recommendations to keep our compensation strategy competitive and aligned with our business goals.


    Position Responsibilities

    • Conduct market research and surveys to benchmark positions and make recommendations for competitive salary structures
    • Analyze job descriptions, classifications, and organizational structures to maintain internal equity
    • Perform job evaluations to determine appropriate salary grades
    • Develop, maintain, and regularly review compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines to reflect organizational and market changes
    • Ensure compensation practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations
    • Manage the annual salary review process, including merit increases and short-term incentive distributions
    • Prepare and present reports on compensation metrics and trends to senior leadership
    • Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation for external audits
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to HR, managers, and employees on compensation-related matters
    • Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to integrate compensation practices with overall business strategies
    • Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives as needed

    Here’s What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP) preferred
    • Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in compensation analysis
    • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis software, preferably Workday
    • Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
