About the Position
Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about driving meaningful outcomes? As a Program Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in coordinating our Short-Term Incentive Plan (STIP) program, ensuring it is executed with precision and aligns with our organizational goals. Additionally, you’ll contribute to broader talent initiatives, applying your knowledge and experience to enhance other key organizational programs and projects. Collaborating across HR, Finance, IT, and leadership teams, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at turning data insights into impactful actions.
Position Details/Responsibilities
Program Administration & Support
- Manage the day-to-day operations of short-term incentive plans, ensuring compliance with policies, accurate record-keeping, and timely incentive payouts in partnership with HR, Finance, IT, and department leaders.
- Maintain detailed documentation of participants, performance objectives, incentive targets, and essential program details to support program integrity and effectiveness.
- Contribute to broader HR and talent initiatives, applying program management expertise to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Data Management & Reporting
- Conduct audits, analyze data, and oversee updates to employee data to ensure accurate plan participation and eligibility.
- Develop detailed reports and dashboards to track the effectiveness of our STIP program and share insights with leadership.
- Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of program data.
Communication & Training
- Act as the go-to resource for managers and employees, addressing inquiries about the STIP program and related projects.
- Assist in creating and delivering communication materials to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Provide training and resources to ensure clear understanding and successful program participation.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, recommending and implementing improvements to boost efficiency and program impact.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in incentive program management or compensation administration preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- Mindset: A team player who can also work independently. Self-motivated, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for a variety of audiences.
