We are looking for a Strategic Sourcing Analyst to join our procurement team. In this role, you will manage material and equipment buyouts for mechanical and plumbing systems used in multi-family and commercial projects across the nation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive efficient and cost-effective procurement processes while following established best practices and supplier agreements. This position is based at our corporate headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL.

Support material and equipment procurement for multi-family and commercial projects across the U.S.
Partner with project management, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate regional material buyouts.
Develop and maintain relationships with operations to ensure timely execution of bids and purchase orders.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Gain expertise in procurement categories and guide employees on adhering to best practices and leveraging preferred suppliers.
Coordinate bid processes, including creating e-sourcing events, updating templates, and summarizing reports.
Compile and analyze spend and bid data using Excel and database tools for reporting purposes.
Recommend and implement improvements to procurement processes, reporting, and best practices.
Collaborate with assigned mentors to develop skills in procurement, category management, and supplier negotiations.
here’s what we’re looking for…
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, or a technical field, with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive approach to supplier negotiation.
Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with firm deadlines.
Experience in or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
