About the Position…
As the Learning and Development Coordinator, you’ll work with our Learning & Development team at our corporate headquarters in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida. The Learning & Development Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Learning & Development Manager and provides administrative support to the learning function and the Learning & Development team. This person will organize and schedule trainings, assist in updating course materials, procuring supplies, and preparing notifications. The coordinator conducts data entry and data analysis using Workday Learning and generates training reports as needed.
Position Details/Responsibilities…
- Support Learning Program including updating materials, setup and maintenance of training rooms
- Perform data entry to record, plan, and schedule training
- Administers program maintenance for assigned team including scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Coordinates the schedule for multiple training programs across department functions
- Facilitate or co-facilitate learning sessions as required by schedule or learner need
- Coordinate snacks, meals, and travel for participants as needed
- Assist in preparation of application and documentation for training grants and funds
- Compile and organize training data and reports
- Purchase training supplies and manage stock on hand
- Work with other training coordinators to maintain and publish training schedule and calendar
- Assist Learning team and Learning & Development Managers as needed
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
Here’s What We’re Looking For…
- Bachelor's Degree at an accredited 4-year college or university
- 1-2 years’ work experience required
- Strong organizational skills, creative ability, and attention to detail
- Good analytical capabilities and project management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, proofreading, editing and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated to take the initiative to find solutions
- Flexible, adapts to change easily
- Skilled at multi-tasking and prioritizing responsibilities and deliverables
- Strong customer orientation, commitment to flawless execution and detail orientation
- Proficient computer skills, Including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint – prior Learning Management Systems (LMS) work a plus
- Prior training, teaching, or related experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
