About the Position
Join Power Design as our Facilities Inventory Manager and take charge of our warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics for the Property Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in implementing new processes and seamless flow of materials and equipment, all while supporting the day to day operations of Power Design’s bustling corporate headquarters, The Grid. You’ll collaborate closely with all levels of the organization working to strategically manage inventory levels. Position Responsibilities
- Manage the receiving, storage, and management of materials and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory record and ensure proper storage and labeling.
- Enforce safety standards and training in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Apply 5s organization principles to optimize warehouse efficiency and reduce waste.
- Conduct regular audits and reconcile inventory records.
- Proactively identify and address issues related to inventory or warehouse operations.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse performance for management review.

- Receive and input all deliveries into the inventory system. Manage any/all campus deliveries.
- Implement and continuously audit systems to track stock levels, reorder points, and equipment movement.
- Keep accurate records of all warehouse inventory including, but not limited to, HVAC and electrical equipment, event setup equipment, furniture, and general supplies
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to order and replenish inventory as needed
- Monitor pricing to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Manage and issue purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Oversee the check-in and check-out process for all inventory items.
- Track and manage the utilization of owned equipment, such as scissor lifts and boom lifts, scheduling preventive maintenance as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety kits and manuals.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or software like SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Certification in warehouse management or logistics is a plus.
- Forklift and MEWP certifications are a plus
