    about the position…

    Located in St. Petersburg, FL., the Executive Assistant position at Power Design is a critical role within the organization that interacts with all levels of staff, providing executive-level administrative support, scheduling office meetings, arranging travel and correspondence, and planning and organizing all executive tasks. In this role, you will work both independently and collaboratively, driving our company culture and ensuring departmental organization and success.

    position details/responsibilities…

    • Assist the executive with administrative and personal duties while prioritizing and facilitating communication within and across departments.
    • Manage and coordinate the executive calendar, including travel arrangements and departmental meetings and events.
    • Coordinate and assist with special projects as needed, including research, documentation, reporting, presentations and analysis.
    • While working on projects, maintain a sense of ownership and involvement in the process to help manage and reach departmental goals. 
    • Attend meetings, keeping record of meeting minutes and following up with team members on assigned action items as needed.

    here’s what we’re looking for…

    • 3-5 years of related executive administrative assistant or office management experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree is required.
    • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and able to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment with very strict, changing deadlines.
    • Have excellent interpersonal and writing skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management, with a high level of customer service.
    • Must be extremely professional and poised, exercising independent judgment and discretion while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
