· Communicating with customers and clients to understand their catering needs and expectations.
· Planning menus in conjunction with chefs and management.
· Coordinating and overseeing the delivery of food and beverages on campus.
· Managing catering execution and providing direction and feedback.
· Maintaining health and safety regulations at all food service areas.
· Setting up, breaking down, and cleaning up catering events.
· Handling client concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
· Managing budget and invoicing, ensuring payments and contracts are in order.
· Managing catering supplies and equipment.
· Maintain detailed records of all catering events.
· Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages as needed.
· Manage and maintain Surge restaurant application.
· Other cafe tasks as assigned.
here’s what we’re looking for …
· At least 2-5 years of experience working in a field within the hospitality and service industry.
· Excellent customer service skills, including patience and a friendly demeanor.
· Engaging and outgoing personality to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve while ensuring a “customer first” mentality.
· Demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design’s core values, which include integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth.
