    about the position…

    The Business Analyst will join the Business Application Team managing our growing suite of off-the-shelf and custom applications that fit the needs and requirements identified by the HR department. This role interacts with stakeholders vested in the full lifecycle of the employee. The Business Analyst will be a member of our scrum development team working with our end users to maintain and prioritize product roadmaps, elicit requirements and gather feedback for the development team.

    • Becoming the Subject Matter Expert for the HR suite of applications
    • Working with HR leadership to build, maintain and prioritize product roadmaps
    • Understanding market trends and company needs through research and networks
    • Managing internal and external stakeholder expectations
    • Understanding requirements and working with development team in an agile environment to build solutions
    • Working with IT’s release management team to train / share new features with the business and collect feedback for the development team
    • Ensure business processes and system configurations are optimized and streamlined and overall vision is maintained through the sprints

    here’s what we’re looking for…

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Previous experience in HR required
    • Strong ability to establish priorities, meet deadlines and multi-task
    • Familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies
    • Experience working on IT projects ( esp. software development / implementation)
    • Strong communication skills – interpersonal, written and verbal
    • Must have professional, positive attitude with a drive for results
