If you have a passion for utilizing technology and managing innovative IT projects from development through implementation, then our IT Project Manager opportunity is the role for you! Working within the Information Technology (IT) department at our corporate headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL, you will assist team members and end-users in the execution of multiple project initiatives.

Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by the project objectives, budget, and timeline.
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
Partner with SAFe (Scaled Agile) teams, including product owners and technical leads, to communicate, validate, and clarify requirements.
Monitor project progress continuously and report to key stakeholders on milestones and deliverables.
Communicate proactively with all involved teams to identify problems, create solutions, and clear roadblocks.
Participate in SAFe Planning sessions. Present schedule to IT application team monthly and negotiate planned work. Communicate with stakeholders on priorities and schedule changes.
here’s what we’re looking for…
1-3 years of relevant IT project management and implementation experience is required.
Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and planning; SAFe Methodology is a plus.
Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with strict deadlines.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of management.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and industry.
