St. Regis Sunny Isles — Sunny Isles Beach, FL
A project unlike any other, say hello to St. Regis Sunny Isles — two towers of luxurious condos sitting right on the beachfront. This design-build project will kick off this fall and is set to be completed in under four years. Standing 64 floors high and housing nearly 200 units, Sunny Isles Beach is about to have a brand-new look. Our Engineering Teams have carefully curated this project to perfection, stay tuned for updates on this shining star of a project.

Bayfront Health Medical Pavillion — St. Petersburg, FL
Located right in our own backyard, the new Bayfront Health Medical Pavillion will provide both local and out-of-town patients with a top-of-the-line health care facility. Covering nearly 200,000 sq. ft. in the downtown area, our teams are building out the Electrical, Fixtures, Life Safety, and DAS systems. Alongside our partners Orlando Health and Turner Construction, we’re excited to bring this new era of health care to St. Petersburg.

FAMU Student Housing — Tallahassee, FL
Student housing projects are no strangers to our #PDIFamily. So, when it came time to add additional student living options at FAMU and team up with long-term partner FINFROCK, it was a no-brainer! This design-build masterpiece has Power Design written all over it as our teams tackle the Mechanical, Electrical, Engineering, VDC, Fixtures, and DAS systems over the next 16 months.

The Cedars Lodge & Spa — Hendersonville, NC
The Cedars Lodge & Spa is currently known as “a dream come true” to downtown Hendersonville. A new local hotspot providing both condos and hotels to locals and guests! This project will keep our teams in North Carolina busy over the next few years as our teams cover the VDC, Electrical, Fixtures, Life Safety, and DAS systems. This North Carolina gem will be renovated to two separate buildings, each standing six floors tall, and housing 130 units for residents and guests.
