One Thousand Museum was recently featured on PBS’ “Impossible Builds!” This legacy project was the first and only residential project by architect Zaha Hadid. It is one of the tallest projects we’ve ever done, and every unit has a full Crestron Lighting control system for all devices (there are no standard switches in the entire unit!) The units range from 5,000-10,000 sq ft, and there is even a helipad on the roof.
