Work hard, play harder (emphasis on play) — that’s what we call our annual nationwide appreciation events: Power Outages.
Power Design’s Field teams are the backbone of our business; they’re our boots on the ground that work hard year-round to bring skylines to life from coast-to-coast. If there’s one thing we love to do at Power Design, it’s celebrate our wins and those wins include the energy, hours, sweat, and expertise our field men and women give every day.
How do we celebrate hundreds of our field experts across the nation? Well this year, we grabbed our golf clubs and headed to each of Power Design’s regions for a swingin’ good time. Our field teams and their families teed off for a day of fun at Top Golfs and Drive Shacks across 16 cities throughout the summer. Our annual Power Outages recognize the demanding work they put in day in and day out to make Power Design what it is.
Not only did our Operations teams hit the road, but our leadership also traveled to give their thanks and appreciation for bringing our projects to life.
