Over 5 days, newly hired Power Design superintendents can expect to know how to use our Super Website and where to find all the information needed throughout the duration of a project. 40 activities take you from learning about the project award, through mobilization, budget management, labor, material and project closeout. Post-training evals include over 100 hours of onsite training and evaluation, after our students leave the classroom.
