According to a recent article by CNBC, there’s a new report showing the best cities in which to own a home and save on taxes. St. Petersburg (where Power Design is headquartered) is #2 on the list, right behind Hialeah! Tampa ranked close behind at #6 with a median home value of $221,100.
The list was analyzed by GoBankingRates, who looked at median home values, state and local tax rates, income, and property taxes to determine the best spots with a combination of low taxes and affordable homes.

Effective property tax rate: 0.529%
