When completed, Parq on Speer (FKA 909 Bannock) will house over 300 units geared towards Denver’s booming millennial population. The 16-floor property will total nearly 800,000 square-feet. The multifamily market shows no signs of slowing down with over 10,000 millennials moving to the Mile High City each month!
Colorado Construction & Design Magazine says “Parq on Speer will be nearly double the size of what many would consider a large, single-building multi-family development in Denver. With the parking going vertical through the center of the block-long development, Parq on Speer’s design emerged to position the sixth-floor roof-top amenity deck as the focal point of the 302-residence apartment community.
