Let’s say hello to River Street Residences, a new residential apartment building in the vibrant Rainey District. Standing 44 floors high and housing nearly 400 units, the design-build project is a force to be reckoned with and that includes our team on the ground helping bring it to life.

Alongside longtime partners Trammel Crow Company and DPR Construction, we’re excited to bring our first design-build project with Trammel Crow to life along Rainey Street where we have more than six projects going up. As a multi-trade contractor, we’re able to streamline installations, coordination, pre-construction services, and more, leaving our partners with one point of contact to get the job done and get the job done well.

Bringing River Street Residences to life was more than just the larger hardships that come with construction — but in this instance, configuring alleyways to acquire secondaries, squeezing through tight spaces to coordinate electrical, and more, our boots on the ground were the best team for the job.
Fun fact about this design-build masterpiece and our people who are bringing it to life: it's run by a team of badass women who are leaving their mark by breaking industry standards. Senior Project Manager Amanda Schneider, Project Superintendent Terrie Mantia, and Apprentice Sara De La Garza Wilburn will tell you they are not successful in this industry just because they’re women, they’re successful because of their drive to complete a project the Power Design way.
