When Ashley first joined Power Design, he thought he’d be just another number in a national company. But he quickly realized that’s not how we do things here. From the moment he stepped onto the GRID for training to his time on the jobsite, he found support at every turn. Whether it was fellow supers taking the time to guide him or foremen open to collaboration, the sense of teamwork was undeniable 

We’re all about family. It’s evident in the camaraderie on each site. I can call up another super and he's willing to take the time out to work with me, to help me to make myself better. I can reach out to my foreman and talk to my foreman, and they're willing to accept what I have to say to make themselves better.
