It was that forward-thinking approach that enabled Power Design to maintain significant growth and success in an ever-changing construction climate, even during trying times. Rather than merely surviving the downturn, often referred to “The Great Recession”, Power Design proudly used this time to analyze and address areas for improvement. Major accomplishments that followed include the opening of a 12,000-square-foot training and evaluation center with jobsite simulations, along with best practices and leadership management initiatives.
“I want to personally thank our dedicated employees, customers and business partners that have helped to make this vision possible”, said Power Design CEO, Mitch Permuy. “We are committed to continued growth of our organization, holding strong to the principles that have guided us for the past 25 years.” As Power Design’s 25th anniversary month nears the end, the outlook remains bright, with more than 130 active projects and a record number of contract awards in 2014.
