This winter, the Operations Training team will hit the ground to conduct Project Management Post-Assessments based on executive requests.
Post-assessment training consists of three parts:
1. Project Executive Feedback to offer training direction
2. Discovery Analysis in 8 project areas
3. Individualized training based on discovery results
With all we invest in training for our employees, post-assessments will allow us to continue the learning process and monitor the results of our training programs.
