#PDIFamily First: Meet the Alfaros

Jose and Jorge Alfaro are leaving their mechanical mark alongside their #PDIFamily as a duo — brothers on and off the job site.  

Throughout multiple states and across multiple careers, these two have worked together on and off their whole lives, and now, Jose and Jorge have found themselves working together again and this time with Power Design. From Mexico to Texas to North Carolina, these two excel at their own disciplines but become an unstoppable duo when they join forces on our job sites. While Jose’s strong suit on the job site is focused on the technical and test and balance specialties, Jorge has dedicated his trade to HVAC installation and controls. But together, these two make mechanical magic happen wherever they go while learning from one another.  

Believe it or not, we get along really well on and off the job site. We’re able to work together, and still remember that we are brothers outside of work too. Mom and Dad worry, but I tell them we look out for each other all of the time.

The relationship between the Alfaro brothers is a true testament to family. And there is nothing more important than family at Power Design. Our #PDIFamily may not be the family you’re born into, but it’s still a family and a feeling of being part of something greater. Jorge and Jose’s ability to lead by example, foster collaboration, and inspire growth makes them invaluable. We carry the same principles as the Alfaro brothers — to look out for one another, provide help and guidance when needed most, and ultimately, push each other to succeed.  

I knew all along what he was capable of, and I knew he would succeed here. At Power Design, they want to see you succeed and train you to give you the confidence you need.
