Every year, Power Design proudly joins the National Association of Women in Construction and our partners in the industry to celebrate and recognize our groundbreaking women in construction. We highlight our leading ladies by shining a light on their career paths, their stories, and how they’re breaking the mold to build successful, female leaders.
In 2019, women represented about 10% of the construction industry, and industry-wide, women comprised 7.5% of all construction managers. Although we’ve come a long way, we’re on a mission to increase those numbers, and our leading ladies below have all the motivation we need.
