Operations Training & Development has dedicated resources to help reinforce the learning process after employees have attended Boot Camp and are back onsite!
With onsite and local training sessions, OTD visits Power Design field employees throughout the year to answer questions, expand on topics of interest, and provide hands-on applications to ensure everything learned in Boot Camp is being applied properly in the field.
Last year, field training reached 166 Superintendents, 185 Foreman and 130 active projects.
