It’s no secret that the nation is experiencing an unprecedented demand for cleaning essentials, like hand sanitizer, due to the coronavirus (or COVID-19) outbreak. Hand sanitizer has been proven to prevent the spread of the virus, so when we’re in the middle of a shortage but still have field teams working on projects every day, we had no choice but to procure our own.
Thanks to a local distillery, Power Design was able to continue supporting our field teams as they lead the charge on keeping jobsites clean, safe, running and essential. A team of office employees assembled the packages to send out to each active project in the nation, all while maintaining 6′ feet of separation and following social distancing guidelines.
We know it may be a small gesture in the grand scheme of things, but we will continue to do what we can to to support our field teams amid this global pandemic in order to #keepconstructionessential.
