As we celebrate these women for fostering diversity and inclusion, we hosted a powerful networking panel and happy hour, where women leaders and executives shared their insights, experiences, and strategies for success in a historically male-dominated field. Meet Our Panelists: With over 75 years of combined experience, these ladies are also members of our Women’s Leadership Council and are actively involved in both the industry and giving back to our communities in more ways than one.
Our #PDIFamily submitted questions prior to the panel for our panelist to provide valuable guidance to help support and encourage them throughout their career – including work-life balance, standing out in a male-dominated industry, and finding confidence in using your voice. They also emphasized the importance of mentorship and the impact it can have on career growth and professional development.
