Decades of Dedication: Big Milestones, Big Rewards 🏆

Power Design has come a long way since its humble beginnings around the kitchen table! From a small but mighty crew to a powerhouse team of over 2,800 shaping skylines across the nation, we’ve built more than just projects—we’ve built a legacy of innovation, teamwork, and excellence.

But let’s be real—none of this would have been possible without our people. The incredible team members who’ve stuck with us, brought their A-game, and helped shape our mission to be the best in the industry.

We don’t just talk about commitment around here—we celebrate it. That’s why we’re fired up to introduce Decades of Dedication, a brand-new initiative recognizing those who have been part of the #PDIFamily for 10+ years. And in true Power Design fashion, we’re going all out with some well-deserved, epic rewards to say thank you!

To kick things off, we honored three of Power Design’s most tenured team members: Campus Mobile Operations Manager Dayle Bradley, Project Superintendent Scott Whitman, and Chief Operating Officer Joe Micallef – three all-stars who have long been part of the family. As an extra fun fact, Dayle and Scott were the first two team members ever at Power Design. Talk about dedication!

To show just how much their impact means to us, Mitch and Dana shared heartfelt memories and stories about their impact on Power Design—and then delivered a seriously special surprise. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room as they handed over the keys to their very own collector cars! Because a legacy like theirs deserves more than just a pat on the back. This is only just the beginning. Decades of Dedication is here to stay, and we’ve got even more surprises in store for future honorees. More cars? Maybe. Something else?  Who knows! What we do know is that when you commit to Power Design, we commit to you – big time.

But this isn’t just about the prizes (though, let’s be honest, they’re pretty awesome). It’s about recognizing the people who’ve helped build Power Design into what it is today. The ones who’ve put in the work, grown with us, and made an impact year after year.
