But that’s not how students would describe the student housing projects Power Design brings to life with our partners. The Standard at Austin - Austin, Texas
The Standard at Austin sets the standard for student living at an extraordinarily high level. This student housing high-rise offers students attending the University of Texas at Austin more than 550 modern apartments, a resort-style community all within steps of the university campus. Upscale amenities include a pool deck, yoga studio, sauna, cabanas and hammocks, a coffee bar and even outdoor gaming.

The Standard at Berkeley - Berkeley, California
Off-campus housing has risen to a new level with The Standard at Berkeley! With around 117 high-end units, The Standard at Berkeley offers its residents city-view patio and lounge, state-of-the-art fitness center, private study rooms and academic lounge, and decked-out computer lab.

Aspire - Tucson, Arizona
Named the #1 University of Arizona’s off-campus student housing, Aspire Tucson provides residents with more than 275 fully furnished stylish units that range from studio apartments to six-bedroom apartments with high-end features. The first-class student housing offers its students a resort-style pool, a 2,8000-square-foot fitness center, and an expansive 11th rooftop deck.

First Street Student Housing - College Station, Texas
First Street Housing will offer Texas A&M University students more than 340 units that range from 450 to 2,300 square feet within walking distance to campus. Students calling First Street home will be able to take advantage of the high-end amenities and the inviting spaces of the pool, gym, and various lounge areas throughout the 16,750-amenity space.
