Power Design’s Vice President of Systems, Trent Morano, recently met with the Tech Writers Bureau to discuss how trends in technology are challenging us to build smarter in the construction industry. “It’s about making where we live, work and visit inviting, comfortable, convenient, and secure,” said Morano, “all made possible by the effective use of smart technology that is intuitive and easy to use.” With more than 170 in-house systems specialists and 30-plus years of complex project experience, Power Design is adapting to new user expectations through the use of existing and emerging technology to drive better outcomes. From our SmartSpaces division that boasts the latest in home automation, to leveraging networks and capturing meaningful data, it’s all part of a larger initiative to holistically deliver and understand user experiences.
