We build skylines with our projects and communities with our people. Together, our teams are empowered to make a difference by giving back to causes they’re passionate about, helping in times of need, and igniting a fire in the next generation of trade pros.
Making a Difference
Our Values
Our Values
in Action
Our corporate philanthropy program, Project V5, allows our people to choose the charities we support! Here’s how it works: Field team members recycle the scrap metal on our jobsites to reduce waste and then we invest those funds back into charities nominated by our team members. From national organizations to local non-profits, Power Design is proud to donate an average of $1 million per year.
Community Support
Using Our Skills For Good
With decades of experience under our tool belts, we’re passionate about using our expertise to help the communities around us. From building homes for those in need with Habitat for Humanity, to sending our Special Operations Division to restore storm-affected areas, to upgrading classroom technology for local students, we’re using our technical know-how to make a difference.
Construction Advocacy
Building the Trade
We’re committed to building the next generation of construction leaders! Alongside our community partners, we engage young minds and expose students to the trades through mentorship, fun summer programs, and more. Our goal is to spark an interest that will lead them to a long, successful career in construction!
Partnerships We’re Proud Of

Giving Our Time
On the Community Front Lines
With strong charity partnerships and volunteer opportunities throughout the year, Power Design becomes more than a workplace. It’s an avenue for our team members to build relationships with each other and their communities.
“It makes me proud to work for a company that supports underrepresented voices and allows me to be myself.”
Jamiel A. // Low Voltage Assistant Project Manager
“Heart Walk is a reminder that Power Design is more than a company, we're a team and a family. It is truly a blessing to work at a place that doesn't just care about its own team members but the community as well.”
Garrett K. // Project Superintendent
“It means so much to me that I get to work for a company that has the same amount of passion about this as I do. Power Design really walks the walk.”
Kaitlyn H. // BIM Specialist
